1. I discovered Alchemy Cryo when…

I was looking up recovery methods for my training. I was really struggling with recovery from heavy weights sessions as my endometriosis was holding me back and would flare up after long heavy training sessions.

2. My first Alchemy Cryo memory…

NERVOUS! I was so nervous walking in the first time because I didn’t know what to expect! But I was greeted with a smile and really friendly staff so that definitely calmed the nerves 🙂 but after my first session I was stoked and hooked.

3. Why I love to Cryo…

I love cryo because of the multiple health benefits I gained from consecutive sessions. Cryo not only helped with my training recovery but helped reduce the inflammation associated with my endometriosis! It helped improve my sleep quality and metabolism and left me feeling refreshed and energized each time. 

4. Why I decided to do 7 consecutive days of Whole Body Cryo…

I wanted to get the full effect of cryo and gain as many health benefits as possible! 

5. On Day 1, I felt…

The first day I felt full of energy and couldn’t wait to come back the next day. In all honesty, I didn't have any intention of doing 7 days in a row, but after my first session I loved it so much I thought to myself I had to keep going and reap all the benefits. I came in feeling bloated and quite sick in the stomach, but came out and all of that had gone in only 3 minutes! 

6. On Day 7, I felt…

I had no muscle soreness from training, I was sleeping better so I was well rested and full of energy. I had almost gotten rid of any endometriosis related pain and my skin was glowing!

A mixture of excitement and nerves!

Full of energy and a weirdly addictive tingle all over your body.

14. My nutrition regime during the 7 Days…

My nutrition didn’t change throughout the 10 days. I eat 5 meals a day at 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm and 7pm so kept my nutrition the same. 

15. My training regime during the 7 Days…

I train HIIT or cardio in the mornings and weights session at night, so recovery is really important for me.

16. When I’m not at Alchemy Cryo, you can find me… 

In the gym, doing acro yoga, wakeboarding or eating peanut butter.
