Keep hair, body & clothing dry.
Do not apply any ointments or lotions.
Remove jewellery, except rings, stud or sleeper earrings.
Wear full Cryo Kit at all times inside the Cryo Chamber (Room).
Take shallow breaths & move slowly inside the Cryo Chamber (Room).
Do not touch the Cryo Chamber (Room) walls with bare skin.
You may exit the Cryo Chamber (Room) at any time.
