Session Passes

  • Expire in 12 months from purchase

  • Can be shared with nominated friends and family members

  • Unused sessions are not refundable

  • Session passes are not refundable at any time. Unused sessions are not refundable either.

  • Alchemy Cryo reserves the right to grant an extension to a session pass to an Alchemy Cryo nominated date. Passes over 18 months since purchase will not be extended.

  • Passes are subject to treatment availability, Alchemy Cryo will do its best to meet your requirements but clients must also be flexible to work within the opening hours and demands of the equipment.

  • It is recommended that all clients pre-book services.

Flex membership

Services and Sessions per month:

  • You are provided with 20 sessions per month.

  • Unused sessions are not rolled over, refunded or converted to session passes.

  • Membership can not be shared with anyone else.

  • Services available include: Whole Body Cryotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen, ATP Chamber, Reboot and the Inbody Body Composition scanner.

Cancellation and Suspensions:

  • Cancellation can be completed online or by email Southyarra@alchemycryo.com.au and require a minimum of 2 weeks notice.

  • If your payment is debited before we receive the cancellation notice a refund will not be issued. In this case, you can choose to convert the payment to a session pass that can be used by yourself or by nominated parties. 

  • Suspensions - you can use 1 suspension a year for 4 weeks. 

  • If you cancel your membership future memberships will occur at the price and conditions at the time of renewal.

  • Membership bookings are subject to treatment availability, Alchemy Cryo will do its best to meet your requirements but clients must also be flexible to work within the opening hours and demands of the equipment.

  • It is recommended that all clients pre-book services.

Cryo Fanatic Membership

  • Memberships are for a minimum 6-month period, the membership will roll forward an additional 6 months if we are not notified of a cancellation.

  • Memberships can be cancelled by a written request with a 1 month's notice period.

  • You can pause your membership one time per calendar year only.

  • Membership is not shareable.

  • Cryo Fanatic can be used for Whole Body Cryotherapy sessions only.

  • Other services are on a user pays basis.

  • Cryo Fanatic members are entitled to unlimited Whole Body Cryotherapy Sessions per month.

  • Cryo Fanatic members are advised that Alchemy Cryo recommends 3 - 4 sessions a week as a healthy number. Above that it is the client's responsibility to assess the safety and efficacy of doing more sessions.
