Cryo Safety

Alchemy Cryo is a Whole Body Cryotherapy experience like no other. If you’re new to Alchemy Cryo, please let us know – we are always happy to answer any questions. 

Before your session, please ensure the following:

  • Hair and clothing are completely dry.

  • Avoid applying any ointments or lotions.

  • Wait at least 1 hour after exercise.

  • Feel well on the day i.e. no cold/flu symptoms.

  • Review our Alchemy Cryo Contraindications to ensure you’re safe to Cryo.

After your session, please ensure the following:

  • Do not immediately engage in demanding physical activities.

  • Consult with your doctor if you experience any unusual or persistent symptoms.

What to Wear

Upon arrival, you will receive a Cryo Kit to wear before and during your session, which includes:

Robe, Mask, Mittens, Ear muffs, Socks, Shoes

For best results, it is optimal to wear minimal clothing in order to expose your skin area to the cold air but please dress according to your own comfort level. Therefore, we recommend wearing your choice of the following:

  • Swimwear (without metal)

  • Underwear

  • Sport shorts (with underwear)

  • Bra

  • Crop top / Sports bra

First time? Arrive early.

Get here 5 minutes ahead, let our team know it’s your first time, and we’ll give you the VIP tour. First-timers, allow 15 mins total to register, settle in and prep like a pro.

Grab your kit, stash your things and robe up. Our custom Cryo Kit keeps you protected and sleek keypad lockers keep it clean, secure and simple.

Defrost, your way.

You’ll start to warm naturally immediately post Cryo, but keep moving to encourage natural circulation. That’s the magic. Drink the warm, herbal tea we offer… it will help. We keep it cool - and classy.
